How long of video will it hold and can it be hardwired to be a 24hr security device??
I bought one of the 4SK606 dashcams and it works great. I have a question that I have not found the answer to. Perhaps you can help. What is the icon that looks like a globe with a checkbox on the display? I can't seem to find out what it indicates and it flashes all the time while video recording. I also see it in your YouTube video. Thanks for the video and for any help you may provide.
The Emergency button could definitely be useful if stopped by a cop, and the police try to destroy any evidence.
When the protected storage is full does it record over the oldest video footage or does it stop recording? I can't find any info on this .

None of the videos posted tells what the running meter on the bottom of the Display screen is for. I noticed it started with what looks like 16 hours went over 20 hours and back to zero but I have not used the device that long if it were recording used time.
There is nothing in the menu which allows one to change the time of recording.
I bought the 4Sight cam 2. I have a problem in that it only records for 3-4 minutes and it shuts off recording. I have to keep pressing the record button on top for it to record. Does anyone know how to set the camera to continue recording indefinitely.
The camera works great, but it would be nice to download on your Windows computer. It cannot do this, due to failure of Apple to support Quick Time for Windows.

where is the audio microphone on this device? how is the sound recording when played back? i primarily want to use this in case i am pulled over and need to record the insane police and need to make sure i get all their insanity recorded clearly and audibly.
the dash cam application that comes on the SD card i am having a hard time getting it to play the videos. i have been trying to save them and some of them are saving and i am able to use windows media player to play them but cant play non on the factory application that came with it. can anyone help me use the software to download all the video?
