Hi, I'm having a problem with my fan. It randomly runs really terribly and is super loud, but most of the time it's fine. I tried running a fan test in MyAsus and it said there may be a problem, although that only happens if I test the fan while it sounds bad. My computer is a VivoBook Windows 10 64 bit. I've tried sending an email to customer support but when I go to input the serial number it says !Wrong Format. I've tried using swapping things out like 0 and O and it still won't work.

There is no option to contact support without a serial number. The serial number on the ROG Gladius II mouse is scubbed off from constant use. The poblem I'm actually having is not with the mouse, it's with Armoury Crate, but the only way to get support is by entering a product serial. What do I do? Throw out my gimmicky "gaming mouse" and get a professional wireless Logitech?

As with the commenter above, I cant access my motherboard serial number without dismantling my PC to get at the underside. I have an ASUS Maximus VIII Hero Alpha and was wondering how I access PCH-FW in the bios (in order to enable PTT, to install Windows 11). Screenshots ive seen show it in the Advanced section but the option isnt there for me. thanks

When I try to register my product, the submit button is greyed out, even though I have filled out the serial number and the purchase date. It doesn't even say incorrect serial number. What am I doing wrong?

ASUS support… when I enter my router serial number I get invalid serial number. I’ve tried every possible combination and scanning the QR Code, but same message. Any ideas or suggestions?

There is no number on the sticker label on my ROG laptop (model GL752VW) that's preceeded by "SN" or "S/N". Is it the string of bold letters and numbers right above the barcode?

X570 plus motherboard purchased/built at Newegg/Entiac Dec. 2021. No motherboard box/paperwork sent along with computer when delivered. Cannot imagine tearing the build apart to find a S/ N and cannot visualize any S/N of MB. in Corsair glass front/side case. box misplaced and the serial number is between the back of the motherboard and the backing plate on the pc.
